Flexible Extras
We have found that 30 minutes of pre-event music, and 40 minutes for the processionals, ceremony, and recessionals (exits) work for most wedding ceremonies. Factors such as Communion, a homily or additional vocals may increase ceremony time and require extra fees.
Reception times may be contracted by the hour and additional 30-minute increments. Some receptions without dancing, serving of a seated dinner or alcoholic beverages usually require no more than 1.5 hours of music.
We require our musicians to report on a job 30 minutes before they are to perform.
